Warranty and return policy

Any product purchased on NAT’S website can be returned for refund or exchange; to do so, you must contact the customer service within 14 days after the reception of the good (s). In such case, NAT’S will be responsible for all shipping expenses.

Used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned as brand new, in their original packaging, along with all related hang-tags and documentation.

NAT’S will repair or replace, at no extra charge, any product that proves to be defective in workmanship or materials. Warranty is for defective products, not for damaged goods due to abusive use or normal wear.

The warranty will be respected for defective products under normal use only. Warranty applies for one year from the date of purchase.

Please note that your product must be cleaned before you send it for a repair.
