Products purchased through our website gonats.ca that have not been worn may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The product must be in its original condition and must be returned in its original packaging.
Holiday return policy for the purchase of Christmas gifts: 60 days (November and December only)
In the case of a product purchased on the gonats.ca transactional site, claims must be forwarded as follows:
Use the pre-authorized return label inserted in your original shipment and drop off your package at the carrier indicated.
