Nat's products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover :
Slight variations in color and/or texture are inherent to leather. They represent a distinctive characteristic of this natural material and are not considered a defect. All claims must be made to the retailer where the shoes were purchased, with the original proof of purchase. The latter will apply its own repair, return or exchange policy.
Only products purchased from an AUTHORIZED retailer or on gonats.ca are guaranteed by Nat's. By UNAUTHORIZED retailer, we mean liquidation centers, flea markets, online purchases from auction sites, classified ads or any other unauthorized reseller. For this reason, proof of purchase must accompany each claim.
Products purchased through our gonats.ca website that have not been worn may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The product must be in its original condition and must be returned in its original packaging. In the case of defective products purchased on the gonats.ca website, the same 6-month warranty applies.
Claims must be sent as follows:
Use the pre-authorized return label inserted in your original shipment and drop off your package at the carrier listed.
Please note that returns are free of charge.

✔ Product number (see product label or packaging)
✔ Size
✔ Photo of product and defect (only if defective)
✔ Order number
Once your request has been processed, someone will contact you. The product will either be repaired, replaced or refunded, at our discretion.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your request, depending on the time of year.
